Practical support if you are considering instructing, or already working with, a Direct Access barrister. I can help you organise your papers, prepare the information your barrister needs and manage the administrative side of working directly with counsel.

A focused three-hour session to organise your court papers and prepare your electronic court bundle. This can include document organisation, indexing, pagination, bookmarks and preparation of a professionally presented, hyperlinked PDF e-bundle.

Electronic bundles only. The bundle index and documents to be included must be agreed/provided before preparation begins.

In-person practical support before and during your family court hearing. I can help you stay organised, manage your documents, take notes and provide appropriate McKenzie Friend support in court where permitted.
